When we stopped at Holton Powersports , to look at the Side by Sides, my wife and I, were not sure what Machine we were looking for. Upon meeting Whitney, one of their sales team, she was very friendly and helpful. She listened to and answered, all of our questions and concerns. Whitney, helped us choose the machine we were looking for and at a very good price. She then introduced us to Mark, who helped us with our financing, to meet our budget. I purchased a used sled and at first there was some minor miscommunication. I drove from southern Maine to get the sled and the sled was missing swing the two up seat. The sales and service team assured me that they would make this right and I purchased the sled. Not only did the make this right but they also made arrangements to deliver the seat 5 hours south to me. I would recommend this place 10/10 times. They have a knowledgeable staff and a great inventory. Thank you Houlton Powe Sports for a great experience!

Houlton powersports has been the best. Recently my husband and I called Houlton powersports not knowing nothing about atv and wanted to purchase one . Right from the financing department to their sales person Tim . They got everything together for us we walked in signed papers and done . They even had it delivered right away. Also we returned to the store a week later to purchase helments, which we received 15% off because we purchased our atv there. We were meet by Nell , who was the best she really took the time to get us fitted with the right helments and glasses for us . But her great customer service didnt stop there . Being new to the area Nell explained the trails, points of interest, and the rights and wrong of riding the trails. Even helped us with a route on the map. Definitely made us feel more confident on your new journey . Thanks to Nells great customer service we had the best time . I needed a starter for my Pantera 3000 and after calling all local dealers they failed to produce one, I called Houlton Power sports and they had two on their shelf. Wow, now that is a great dealership. I traveled from Portage Lake to pick one up and headed home to install. It solved my problem and saved our vacation week. After our purchase back in 2016 of our 2017 Alterra 2 up - it has been problem free, comfortable and reliable. Tim was great! We had looked into getting a sideXside. Jon was great I called about a used sled he was honest and fast well over the phone I bought a used sled and a brand new 2020 Polaris 600 snowmobile. I live in wales Maine the Polaris dealer 10 miles away in Lewiston was shady and not truthful. I will continue to purchase toys from Jon again.

My wife I purchased a Bullet travel trailer in August. All the employees that we talked with at HPS were very friendly. It was very busy the Saturday we went to look at a couple campers that we found on their website. Tim Drake showed us a few and left us to check things out decide what we liked best, I really like how he showed and answered questions but didn't make us feel pressured. A few weeks after picking up our new camper we had a warranty issue with the water heater, Jody in the service dept took care of it very quickly. I am very happy with the whole experience and say anyone looking for an RV go see Tim at HPS.

I want to thank Tim Drake for making my used snowmobile purchase a great experience. I handled everything over the phone and Tim made arrangements to ship the sled to Manchester for me to make the pickup easier. The sled was in great condition as represented and the treatment I received at both locations was top notch. Thank you again, the sled is great.

My boyfriend and I started looking into getting an ATV and putting a rear "Storage Seat" however we found that was not at all the route to take after going to Houlton Power Sports. Jon was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure we knew and looked into every option before we made any decision. He also allows you and advises you to take them for a ride to actually feel the ride and make sure your comfortable. We leaned the 2 up TRV was exactly what we needed. The price was more than we first wanted to spend, however it was WELL worth A the extra money!!! We drove over 3 hours one way to first go up and we're so impressed we decided to do business before we even made it home. Jon is wonderful. We will most definitely be back to peruse further business with Houlton Power Sports!

My wife and I rode to Houlton from NH to start our tour of northern Maine. Before we left we noticed what appeared to be a leak in my wifes bike. We went to Houlton Power Sports first thing in the morning of Aug. 9, 2015.

There was no hesitation from anyone. The bike was fixed in half an hour and we were on our way, worry free.

Being 350 miles from home and having an issue on a MC is quite worrisome. It isn't the first it has happened and it won't be the last but having businesses like this one makes it worry free.

I can't thank them enough for being so quick and efficient. This is a business that Houlton should be proud of and you all should be proud of yourselves.

I purchased a 2006 Bearcat and my son purchased a 2009 Crossfire 800 back in 2009 from Houlton Powersports and cannot say enough about the excellent service we have received over the past several years. When visiting Houlton for a little spring sledding this year I lost an idler wheel on my bearcat, it was 5:30 p.m. on a Saturday night and I figured my weekend was done. I attended an MSA meeting that evening were we met Jim Campbell's father who proceeded to call Jim(manager)who went to the store to get a idler wheel and delivered it to the hotel where we were staying. My first experience with Houlton Powersports was last winter when my fiancs sled blew up in the middle of a snowmobiling trip. I found them by chance and bought a used sled with low miles at a very reasonable price and saved my vacation. This year I had more sled trouble and decided it was time to upgrade my own sled. I did lots of research and decided on the 2015 Yamaha L-TX DX. I looked around my own area and there werent any real good deals on one, so I decided to check out Houlton Powersports again. I talked to Jim over the phone and they were offering the best price on the sled I could find and he offered me a good deal on my trade in, and to top it off I could test the sled out in the fields behind the store before making the purchase. So I packed up the truck and drove 400 miles up to Houlton. Normally the store closes at 1:00 PM on Saturday, but they stuck around until after 2:00 in order to uncrate and put my sled together. The level of service youll get at Houlton Powersports is unmatched. Every one of their staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The parts department doesnt try to upsell you on name brand oils or parts; theyre extremely honest and very knowledgeable. It was a long drive, but I wouldnt hesitate to do it again.

I was recently visiting my camp in Danforth ME for a week of snowmobiling. After a couple days of riding i broke my front shock and mounting hardware on my rear suspension. We called John at Houlton powersports from out on the trail inquiring about parts, (approx a half hour before close on a Friday). He said he would pull the parts and loan me the tools to install the parts. We arrived on our sleds as they were closing and he not only assisted by loaning us tools but parked his truck with the headlights on my machine so we could perform repairs for about 2 hrs after close. What a great experience and thanks to Johns help i was able to put another 250 miles on my sled before returning to NH. Thank you very much! Matt
